Mental Health Counselor

Job description

Formulate a plan of care for each of the patients under the director’s care; following established standards of patient care and departmental policy; giving attention to physical, psychosocial, educational, and discharge needs of the patient and family. Perform direct care through utilization of the PHP process and in accordance with established policies and procedures. Maintains current files on each patient and makes recommendations to the facility staff as deemed necessary.

Qualifications

• CPR Certification

• ARRT Certification or must obtain within 6 months

Job Description:

• Operating radiology equipment to produce CT and X-ray results for diagnostic purposes.

• Collaborating with physician to provide excellent healthcare.

• Prepares patient for radiological/CT procedures by Positioning patient; adjusting immobilization devices; moving equipment into specified position; adjusting equipment controls to set exposure factors.

• Maintains production and quality of radiographic and/or CT images by following established standards and procedures. Develops radiographs; observing radiographic results; making necessary adjustments.

• Maintains professionalism in job performance and health care practice.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Medical Technologist

Job description

Medical Lab Technologist provides timely and courteous service to patients, physicians, and hospital staff by performing laboratory analyses accurately and efficiently. Detects unusual conditions and assumes responsibility for problem solving. They also supervises students, phlebotomists, and clerical personnel.

Qualifications Education / Experience: Associate degree with MLT and clinical laboratory training culminating in national certification, as defined by American Society of Clinical Pathologists (ASCP) Board of Registry required.

Or

Bachelor degree in Biology, Microbiology, Immunology, Medical or Clinical Laboratory Sciences, Allied Health or other related field required. License / Certification required: Associate degree requires ASCP Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Ability to work from broad directions and be self-motivated.
  • Ability to prioritize workload to achieve maximum efficiency.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with people of various backgrounds throughout the organization.
