Clinic Registration Specialist/PRN

Hours: All Shifts

Job Summary: Responsible for accepting reservation for hospital services. Responsible for pre-registering patients for scheduled admissions and outpatient procedures, obtaining authorization and verifying insurance eligibility. Responsible for interviewing patients or their representatives, where admission is unscheduled for obtaining personal information or verifying information already on file, including emergency numbers and insurance information.

Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent

Additional languages preferred

At least one (1) year of previous clerical work.
Knowledge of computer applications.

Registered Nurse – Emergency Department 7P-7A

Director of Financial Service

Responsible for the business office, registration, and accounts payable personnel.  Maintain item master and oversee the reimbursement of the facility.  Assist the CFO with the monthly close and balancing of general ledger accounts. Compile statistical date reports for hospital.  Stay abreast of all reimbursement and billing regulations to educate the staff. 

Business administration degree preferred.

  • Provides medical laboratory diagnostic and therapeutic information, products, and services by establishing specimen preparation procedures; developing and implementing analytical procedures; evaluating laboratory information; consulting with pathologists; reporting results according to protocols mandated by the hospital and public health department.
  • Complies with state and professional continuing education licensure requirements by providing in-service programs; monitoring outcomes

Physical Therapist Crenshaw Community Hospital is currently looking for a full time Physical Therapist. The Physical Therapist is responsible for providing physical therapy services and for adherence to all conditions and guidelines set forth. Duties: Provides physical therapy services to patients according to a written physician’s plan of care. Assessing and evaluating therapeutic/rehabilitative functional status, and participation in the development of the total plan of care. Evaluates the home environment. Assess for muscle strength, mobility, gait, ROM – potential for rehab. Directing physical therapy treatment Instructing patients and families/caregivers in the use and care of therapeutic appliances. Determining priority needs for physical therapy Reports all patient’s reaction to treatment or changes in condition. Initiates physical therapy program and instructs other personnel and/or family/caregiver members in certain phases of physical therapy.

HR (Human Resources) Generalist

HR Generalists have a broad knowledge of human resources functions, from hiring to onboarding and from employee compensation to evaluation. You’ll undertake a wide range of HR tasks, like organizing trainings, administering employee benefits and leaves and crafting HR policies. You will use Human Resources Information Systems to ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential. You’ll act as the main point of contact for employees’ queries on HR-related topics. The goal is to ensure the HR department’s operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.
